RBT - North Carolina & Arizona
Registered Behavior Therapist
Description: On this team, your adaptability and flexibility will lend itself well to an environment full of variety, where the support of your Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and fellow team members will help guide you. Your true talent will come from your ability to engage with others, and your enthusiasm and open, friendly communication style will make you a natural pairing with clients and families.
These skills will lead you to be highly successful as an RBT and someone others can look to as an example of how we can change the lives of the families we support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- – Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- – Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- – Assist in the development of social skills, communication, and daily living skills for clients
- – Collaborate with families and other team members to provide consistent and effective support for clients
- – Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions and adhere to ethical guidelines and protocols
BCBA - North Carolina & Arizona
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Position Overview: As a BCBA at Cardinal, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You’ll collaborate closely with our team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee their implementation
- – Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists
- – Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity and progress
- – Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes

Qualifications:
